Meet the Founder
Nicole Frank founded KindCart to make giving more meaningful and connected. After years working with Colorado’s homeless and low-income communities, she witnessed systemic gaps—families unable to access donated goods, mismatched resources, and wasted generosity—and saw donors seeking more connection and transparency. KindCart bridges that divide, creating a platform where compassion meets real human need. Nicole’s background combines clinical expertise with a passion for early childhood education.
As the director and founder of The Joshua School’s Early Intervention Program, she grew it from one student to full capacity in months, later launching a new campus for both neurodiverse and typically developing children. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and has held clinical roles at leading institutions. KindCart is the natural next step in her mission to build systems that truly serve people.
